What to Expect as a New Patient

In a quiet and comfortable environment, you will work with a chiropractor for approximately an hour. During your initial visit, you will discuss your symptoms, desired outcome, and the doctor will perform hands-on evaluation. Based on the results of the evaluation and your personal goals, Dr. Smik will develop a treatment plan. Subsequent visits should last approximately half an hour. Treatments will begin with the doctor’s assistant and may include soft tissue work followed with physiotherapy modalities. The last phase of your appoint will involve evaluation of your progress and joint mobilization by Dr.Smik.
